Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.
