By accessing or using Visa Slots Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Visa Slots Pro is a browser extension that monitors publicly available visa appointment scheduling systems and notifies users when appointment slots become available. The Service is a notification tool only and does not guarantee appointment availability or booking success.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Provide accurate information when making a purchase
Keep your license key confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software
Not use the Service to harm or disrupt the visa scheduling systems

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you receive:

A non-transferable license key for personal use
Access to all features during your subscription period
Device access based on your plan: Starter (1 device), Standard (2 devices), or Pro (4 devices)
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

5. Device Limits

Device limits depend on your subscription plan:

Starter ($50/mo): 1 device
Standard ($70/mo): 2 devices
Pro ($100/mo): 4 devices

Devices that are inactive for more than 3 days are automatically released. Sharing your license key beyond the allowed device limit may result in suspension of your license.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Notifications will be delivered instantly or at all times
You will be able to secure a visa appointment
The visa scheduling website will not change in ways that affect the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Slots Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Missed visa appointments
Visa application denials
Lost time or expenses
Any other damages arising from use of the Service

9. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you:

Share your license key with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the software
Use the Service to harm or abuse the visa scheduling systems
Violate any other provision of these Terms

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or the extension.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

12. No Affiliation

Visa Slots Pro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, consulate, or official visa service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these entities.
