1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Visa Slots Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Visa Slots Pro is a browser extension that monitors publicly available visa appointment scheduling systems and notifies users when appointment slots become available. The Service is a notification tool only and does not guarantee appointment availability or booking success.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Provide accurate information when making a purchase
Keep your license key confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software
Not use the Service to harm or disrupt the visa scheduling systems

4. Plans and Payment

The Service is offered in two billing modes for each paid tier:

Subscription: Recurring monthly billing at the listed price. Auto-renews until you cancel.
One-Time (30 days): Single payment. License works for 30 days from purchase, then expires automatically. Does not auto-renew.

Both billing modes give you the same plan features. By purchasing, you receive:

A non-transferable license key for personal use
Access to your plan's features during your active license period
The right to cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

5. Plans and Device Limits

Each tier is available as a subscription (monthly auto-renew) or a one-time 30-day purchase, both at the same listed price:

Alerts ($25): Instant Pakistan Discord alerts — no browser extension
Starter ($50): Extension + 1 device
Standard ($70): Extension + 2 devices
Pro ($100): Extension + 4 devices

Discord has two alert channels available regardless of plan: a 🌍 Global channel with real-time slot alerts for every consulate outside Pakistan (free for everyone), and a 🇵🇰 Pakistan channel for Islamabad & Karachi (paid plans receive instant; free members see the same alerts with a 20-minute delay).

Devices that are inactive for more than 3 days are automatically released. Sharing your license key beyond the allowed device limit may result in suspension of your license.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally non-refundable. That said, we stand behind what we build — if you experience a genuine issue or something doesn't work as described, we'll make it right. Just reach out to us at support@visaslotspro.com and we'll be happy to help, whether that means fixing the problem or issuing a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle subscription management page (linked in your purchase confirmation email) or by emailing support@visaslotspro.com. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Notifications will be delivered instantly or at all times
You will be able to secure a visa appointment
The visa scheduling website will not change in ways that affect the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Slots Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Missed visa appointments
Visa application denials
Lost time or expenses
Any other damages arising from use of the Service

10. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you:

Share your license key with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the software
Use the Service to harm or abuse the visa scheduling systems
Violate any other provision of these Terms

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. No Affiliation

Visa Slots Pro is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, consulate, or official visa service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these entities.
